I am Greg Maciolek, the Founder and CEO of Integrated Management Resources, Inc. (IMR), headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. At IMR, I have assembled a diverse range of products and services, including assessments, leadership training, productivity solutions, and strategic planning. My mission is to help companies increase productivity and profit by developing and retaining leaders who inspire and manage people effectively. As I often say, “People are not just the most important asset of a company, they are the company.”

With nearly 35 years of experience in training, my journey began as a first-line supervisor with General Motors assembly operations. I then spent five years as a corporate trainer and independent training consultant with Ford Motor Company before transitioning to a military career. My hands-on training approach, combined with peer interaction, has proven effective in achieving high returns on training investment. Over the years, I have become a respected author and speaker on workforce development issues.

After 26 years of distinguished service, I retired as a Colonel from the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force. During my military career, I held senior-level positions for 14 years, including nine years as a commander of a flying group responsible for United States air sovereignty. In this role, I was equivalent to a civilian CEO, leading over 1,100 personnel across two locations. The education center I commanded graduated 4,000 students annually, and I spearheaded the early use of television production and satellite technology to deliver high-quality distance education.

I hold a BA in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Troy State University. As a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a dedicated Rotarian, I currently serve as the District 6780 Governor for Rotary International.

My passion lies in helping businesses achieve their full potential through strategic development and effective leadership. I look forward to continuing this journey with IMR and making a lasting impact on the organizations we serve.
