I am Will Ouellette, the Controller at Integrated Management Resources, Inc. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing financial management, planning, and reporting to ensure the financial health and stability of our organization. With a focus on accuracy and strategic planning, I strive to provide insightful financial guidance that supports our company's growth and success.

I hold both a BA and an MBA from the University of Detroit, where I developed a strong foundation in finance and business administration. My career took a unique turn when I served in the Air National Guard as a fighter pilot and Group Deputy Commander for Operations. During my military service, I also became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a credential that has been instrumental in my professional journey.

My experience extends beyond the military, as I have served several companies as their senior financial manager. This diverse background has equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to manage complex financial operations and provide strategic financial leadership. At IMR, I am dedicated to ensuring our financial practices are robust and aligned with our organizational goals.
